Safety design considerations 1. Component selection (1) In terms of component selection, you need to know: a. What are the safety components? (See Part 3. Introduction to safety components) b. Safety component requirements The requirements for safety components are to obtain certification from a safety agency or comply with relevant safety standards; c. Safety component ratings Any component must be used in accordance with the ratings specified by MANUFACTURE; I Rated voltage; II Rated current; III Temperature rating; (2). Component temperature rise limits a. General electronic components: Determine the upper temperature limit based on the rated temperature of the component specification b. Coil type: Determine the temperature resistance of the insulation system Class A ΔT≦75℃ Class E ΔT≦90℃ Class B ΔT≦95℃ Class F ΔT≦115℃ Class H ΔT≦140℃ c. Artificial rubber or PVC coated wires and power cords: There is a marked temperature resistance value T ΔT≦(T-25)℃ No temperature resistance value T is indicated ΔT≦50℃d. Bobbin type: No fixed value, but 125℃ ball pressure test is required;e. Terminal type: ΔT≦60℃f. Temperature rise limit I. If the temperature resistance value (Tmax) of the object to be tested is specified, then: ΔT≦Tmax-TmraII. If the temperature rise limit (ΔTmax) of the object to be tested is specified, then: ΔT≦ΔTmax+25-Tmra Where Tmra=the room temperature allowed for the equipment specified by the manufacturer or 25℃
