D1 and D2 is triggered to flip, NAND gate 'D3 outputs high level, transistor VT is turned on, and the relay
KA and contactor KM are closed, and the water pump starts to fill the water tank; when the water level rises to electrode A, pin 1 of the integrated circuit
becomes low level, RS flips, Da outputs low level , VT is cut off, and KA and KM are released. , the water pump stops filling.
