It can be used for
counting objects (products) such as towels. The circuit consists of a photoelectric signal pulse generating circuit (electric bead H with light-taking mirror and photosensitive element RG), emitter
coupling bistable circuit (VT], VTz) and monostable delay circuit (VT3, VT4).
In the figure, the potentiometer RPi is used to adjust the transfer potential of the emitter coupling. When there is interference signal input, such as
when there are small seams in the fabric, the emitter bistable circuit will not flip and prevent over-counting.
The purpose of adding a monostable delay circuit is to adjust the potentiometer RP2 so that the temporary steady state time is the time required for half a towel to pass through the photosensitive
element . During this time, repeated input signals have no effect. In this way
, defects that are less than half a towel in length or two pieces of flat cloth appear intermittently on the entire towel will not be counted to ensure the accuracy of counting.
