This is a modified machine with 4 antenna (LNB) inputs and 4 independent audio and video outputs. You can use a large TV to watch the channels on one of the satellites (such as satellite A), and the other 4 small LCD monitors to monitor the channels on the other 4 satellites (such as channel 3 on satellite B, channel 5 on satellite C, and channel 7 on satellite D). You can switch the large TV to satellite B, satellite C, or satellite D at any time. Channel change and switching are all achieved with only one remote control. The characteristics of this machine are: while watching one satellite, the small monitors monitor the channels with higher ratings on the other 3 satellites in real time, and try not to miss your favorite programs on these 3 satellites.
The specific method is as follows:
Find a larger DVB case and install 4 sets of DVB motherboards (with power board). After soldering off the infrared receiver head from the original keypad, do not install it in the case. These 4 infrared receiver heads are controlled by the digital analog switch CD4066 (IC2). V1~V4 and A1~A4 are the video and audio output lines of motherboards 1 to 4 respectively, where the video line is switched by relays K1~K4 and the audio line is switched by IC1. D1-D4 are respectively connected to the LNB power supply (15V/18V) of motherboards 1 to 4. The output state of the 4-way switch changes synchronously with the setting of DiSEqC in the program parameters. The 4 input terminals (LNBI~LNB4) of the 4-way switch drive 4 relays (K1-K4) respectively, and these 4 relays switch 4 video lines (V1~V4) respectively. The electrical schematic is shown in the figure below.
N is the remote control signal input line on the motherboard, and M is the +3,3V line on the motherboard.
S1 is the setting switch, which is closed only when setting parameters and is disconnected when watching. L1~IA is the original inductor on the motherboard. It is actually an S-shaped wire.
LED1~LED4 are switching status indicators. When LED1 is on, it means the video bus (terminal of video output 5) is connected to the video output of mainboard 1; the audio output bus is connected to the audio output of mainboard 1. Because the large TV is connected to these two buses, at this time, the large TV is watching the programs received by satellite A through mainboard 1.
Take out +18V from one of the power boards and connect it to S1. Connect the Vdd pin of CD4066 to this +18V. Connect the video and audio input lines of the large TV to the "Video Output 5" and "Audio Output" terminals of this unit.
Close S1. Set digital program parameters. Assuming that satellite A receives 40 channels, satellite B receives 10 channels, satellite C receives 10 channels, and satellite D receives 10 channels, then satellite A channels are stored in program numbers 1 to 40, satellite B channels are stored in program numbers 41 to 50, satellite C channels are stored in program numbers 51 to 60, and satellite D channels are stored in program numbers 61 to 70. In the menu, DiSEqC has port settings (LNB1; LNB2, LNB3, LNB4 options). Set DiSEqC of satellites ABCD to LNBI, LNB2, LNB3, and LNB4 respectively. After setting, disconnect S1. Connect 4 small monitors (e.g. 3.5 inches) to the "Video Output 1" to "Video Output 4" terminals respectively.
The process of control and switching is as follows: suppose you are watching a program on satellite A, then the monitors corresponding to satellites BCD will display the images of the BCD programs. When you see that the program on the monitor of satellite C is very good, you want to switch to satellite C, press the number keys on the remote control, for example, press "5" and "1", the program number becomes "51". The "LNB3" of the 4-switch 1 outputs 15V/18V voltage. K3 is energized. The third group of switches of CD4066 is turned on, and the video and audio buses are switched to motherboard 3. You can see the channel on satellite C on the big TV (you can use the remote control to change the channel). The colors of the 4 lights are different, so that you can easily distinguish which satellite you are watching.
