TXl00 ASK 1 GHz~100 MHz transmitter module

TXl00 is an ASK wireless data transmitter module. It uses PLL frequency stabilization technology and is widely used in small area wireless data communications, such as wireless meter reading systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 100 MHz to 1 GHz;
・The center frequency error is ±5×10_6 (TA=25℃);
・ASK modulation method;
・Point-to-point communication mode, used with RXl00;
・The maximum data rate is 100 Kb/s;
・Working voltage is 1.8~5.5V;
・The operating current is 12.2 mA and the standby current is 2 to 3 uA;
・Radiated power (continuous wave) is 10 dB (at 3 V);
・Transmitting distance: In open areas, the antenna is 1.5 m above the ground, which is 300-400 m; in open areas, the transmitting antenna is 30 m above the ground, which is 500-600 m; in general urban areas, the antenna is 1.5 m above the ground, which is 200 m;
・The operating temperature is -40~85℃(-10~60℃recommended).
