The circuit shown is a monolithic integrated centralized parameter pre-IF amplifier circuit. It consists of a three-stage self-biased FET tube resistance-capacitance amplifier
. In order to achieve a wide frequency band, strong negative feedback is introduced from the output end to the input end through resistor R10. The amplifier has a nominal bandwidth of
0.4---1.5 GHz, an in-band gain of 23.5±0.1 dB, and a noise figure of 3.9 dB. The entire circuit is integrated on a 1.5 mm Xl.5 mm chip. The actual
pre- IF amplifier circuit consists of two chips.
