1. Explanation of the wiring principle of the wireless remote control transceiver controlling the stepper motor and the PE-51 board
Computer peripherals such as printers and scanners often use stepper motors. The PE-51 accessories include a four-phase 5V stepper motor, and the board is also equipped with a 74LSO7 stepper motor driver chip. Similarly, the microcontroller cannot directly drive the stepper motor, so it is driven by the driver chip 74LSO7. As shown in the figure below, the control end P1.O~P1.3 of the grass slicer is connected to the four input ends 1, 3, 5, and 8 pins of 74LSO7, and the corresponding output ends 2, 4, 6, and 9 pins are connected to the four phases of the stepper motor. The single-chip can control the forward and reverse rotation of the stepper motor by writing a program.
2. The idea of wireless remote control transceiver to control stepper motor is similar to that of controlling DC motor, that is, by continuously detecting the received signal of each channel, once the signal is received, the corresponding program is called out to realize the forward, reverse, stop and other functions of the stepper motor. You can refer to the program for controlling DC motor to write the program for controlling stepper motor.
