As shown in the figure, it is a nanosecond pulse integration circuit composed of OPA660. The input signal VI is added to the 3rd pin of OPA660 after passing through the 780Ω base resistor and the 50Ω matching resistor, and is amplified by the internal OTA and 1 amplifier and output from the 6th pin. At the same time, the 6th pin is fed back to the 2nd pin of OPA660 through the fast integration circuit composed of 820Ω resistor and 1μF capacitor, thus forming a nanosecond pulse integration circuit. The potentiometer can adjust the DC voltage of the 2nd pin, which plays the role of controlling the starting point of the integration voltage.
