  The industrial boiler descaling circuit uses high-frequency electric field treatment on water to change the physical properties of the water content, thereby achieving the purpose of descaling and preventing scale.
    (1) Circuit composition The industrial boiler descaling circuit is composed of a power supply circuit, a 200kHz rectangular wave oscillator, a drive amplifier circuit and an output indication circuit
. As shown in Figure 7-46.
    The power circuit consists of power transformer T2, rectifier diodes VD4-VD9, filter capacitors c5, G, etc.
    The 200kHz square wave oscillator circuit is composed of the time base integrated circuit Icl and related peripheral components.
    The drive amplifier circuit consists of high-power electronic switch integrated circuit IC2, output transformer Tl and capacitive load G. etc. composition.
    The indication circuit is composed of current coil PA, rectifier diodes VD2, VD3 and current mutual coil "L2".
    (2) Working principle After turning on the power switch S, the AC 220V voltage is stepped down by T2 and rectified by VD4~VD9 ,
separately generate +loo voltage 81+12V on Cs and G , among which +100V voltage is added to the primary winding of the output transformer Tl, and +12V voltage is supplied to
IC1 and IC2.
    After the 200kHz rectangular transition oscillator is powered on, t A 1 50-220kHz rectangular wave signal is output from the ③ pin of lCl. The rectangular wave signal is
amplified by 1C2 and drives the capacitive load C1 through the output transformer T2 to generate a high-frequency electric field to process the water entering the boiler.
    Industrial boiler descaling After the circuit is working, there will be a current indication in the ammeter PA.
    Adjusting the resistance of the potentiometers RP1 and RP2 can change the operating frequency of the rectangular wave oscillator.
    (3) Component selection and installation
    R z, island and R are all selected 1/ 4W carbon film resistor; the island uses IW carbon film resistor.
    RP1 and RP2 use small solid potentiometers or sealed variable resistors.
