There are many forms of trigger circuit routing, such as some simple trigger circuits, single-junction transistor trigger circuits, sine wave synchronous trigger circuits, sawtooth
transition phase-shift (synchronous) trigger circuits, integrated trigger circuits, etc. Due to space limitations, this section can only give individual examples for introduction.
Brief introduction to the circuit principle: The trigger line outputs a sharp pulse to trigger the bidirectional thyristor to turn it on. The 220V single-phase power supply is phase-shifted through the capacitor and then
connected to the motor to make it run. Adjusting the 30W potentiometer changes the output pulse of the trigger circuit, thereby changing the conduction angle of VT1 and changing
the voltage on the stator winding, thereby achieving stepless speed regulation. This circuit can use two sets of trigger circuits to trigger two bidirectional thyristors to achieve
forward and reverse speed control of the motor.
Component parameter selection: Select 901, F/600V for the phase-shifting capacitor of the main circuit. Select 3CTS20A/800~1000V for VT1, select 10A for FU1 and FU2,
and select the rest according to the circuit diagram parameters.
