The multifunctional wireless nursing help-seeking device consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The receiver is also designed with an alarm function, which has both sound and light. The appearance and volume of the successfully manufactured transmitter and receiver are the same as those of a mobile phone, and can be carried around. When in use, the help-seeker only needs to press the corresponding transmitter button for help, and the receiver carrier can immediately receive the corresponding information, and can provide care in time. It is convenient and reliable, and can completely achieve both work and care. The device is especially suitable for the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled who have difficulty speaking.

1. Transmitter production

The nursing help transmitter is mainly composed of a transmitter module and an encoder as shown in the figure below. The encoder is the PT2262 (or SC2262) which is the most easily available on the market. Due to its small size, we use the transmitter module: TX-7 (F05C F-05P etc. can also be used). The transmission distance of the transmitter module is generally about 50 meters, which is suitable for use within the home.

If you want to increase the transmission distance, you can choose T02A (or SR810), the nominal transmission distance of this transmitter module in open areas is 800 meters. People working in the fields about 500 meters away can stably receive paging calls from the elderly at home.

2. Receiver Production

The receiver of the nursing help device is mainly composed of a receiving module and a decoder, as shown in the figure below.

The decoder is PT2272 (or SC2272) used in conjunction with the encoder PT2262. The suffix T of 2272 indicates that it has a self-locking function, the suffix L indicates that it has an interlocking function, and the suffix M indicates that it is unlocked. In order to make the nursing help device as convenient and reliable as possible, we chose the suffix L with an interlocking function 2272. The receiver used in the home can choose the J04P (or J04V) receiving module. The operating voltage of these two receiving modules is 3V, and a certain receiving distance can be achieved without an external antenna.

The pins of the receiving module are marked with numbers. The pin functions of J04P are: ① pin is positive power supply 3~3.5V; ② pin is ground; ⑧ pin is factory test terminal (suspended), ④ pin is data output terminal; ⑤ pin is external antenna. In order to improve the sensitivity of the receiver and increase the receiving distance, you can choose CZS-3 type RX-13A type RXC-1 type, etc. RXC-1 type is a superheterodyne receiving module, and its receiving sensitivity, selectivity, anti-interference ability and stability are better than super regeneration module. The receivers of the remote nursing helper we made all use superheterodyne receiving modules, but for the receivers of short-distance receiving, general super regeneration receiving modules can be used, which can also save expenses. In addition, when the receiving distance is very close, the superheterodyne receiving module is prone to channel signal blocking, and it cannot receive the signal correctly. It should be considered when selecting.

3. Adjustment and Use

Because the transmitting module and receiving module have been debugged before leaving the factory, as long as the welding is correct, no adjustment is required before use to work normally. However, when multiple sets of devices are used at the same time, each set of devices must be programmed with a specific code by the encoder and decoder to prevent mutual interference.
