ATSAMS70N20A-CFN Overview

The Microchip SAMS70N20 series is a member of a family of flash microcontrollers based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 processor with floating point unit (FPU). These devices operate at frequencies up to 300 MHz and feature up to 1024 Kb of Flash, up to 384 Kb of multiport SRAM, and configurable instruction and data tightly coupled memory to take advantage of the core's advanced DSP capabilities. SAMS70N20 contains multiple communication interfaces, including 1 HS USB host and device, 1 HS SDCard/SDIO/MMC interface, USART, SPI and multiple TWIs. Analog functions include two 2 Msps 12-bit ADCs with an analog front end providing offset and gain error correction and a 2 Msps 12-bit DAC. The SAMS70N20 is available in 100-pin QFP and BGA package options.
