MICRF500 is a dedicated transceiver chip for ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) and SRDC (Short Range Devices). It can be used in telemetry, long-distance test instruments, wireless control, wireless data relay, wireless modem and line security systems.
Main technical features:
・Operating frequency is 700~1000 MHz;
・FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) modulation;
・Data transmission rate up to 128 Kb/s;
・RF output power is 10 dBm;
・Sensitivity (19.2 Kb/s, BER=10-3) is -104 dBm.
