MICRF011 is an enhanced receiver of MICRF001, suitable for applications in keyless entry systems, security monitoring systems, remote fans, lighting controls and garage door openers.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Using Mierel's most advanced QwikRadioTM technology,
・Provide 2 working modes: superheterodyne (FIXED) and scanning mode (SWP);
・Operating frequency is 300~440 MHz;
・OOK demodulation method;
・Receiver sensitivity is -95 dBm (433.92 MHz);
・Data transmission rate is 2.5 Kb/s (SWP) or 10 Kb/s (FIXED);
・Operating voltage is 4.75~5.5 V;
・Operating current is 2.4 mA (315 MHz), standby current is 0.9 μA;
・Provide CMOS standard interface to directly connect *** and microprocessor IC;
・The RF radiation on the antenna is very small;
・No external filter or inductor is required, making the cost of external components low;
・Fully compatible with MICRF001.
