High temperature measurements often require thermocouples as temperature sensing elements. Due to the nonlinearity of the thermocouple output,
linear compensation is required when amplifying the thermocouple output. AD594-597 is a special amplification, linear compensation and control
circuit for thermocouples.
AD594/595 are thermocouple signal amplification and cold junction compensation monolithic integrated circuits. Their functional principles and pin definitions
are the same. The difference is that AD594 is equipped with a J-type thermocouple and AD595 is equipped with a K-type thermocouple. The output is low impedance, the voltage
output is 10mV/oC, and the resolution is 1℃. The working power supply range is t5v~±15V.
AD596/597 is a thermocouple signal amplification and temperature control
circuit. They have two models with different suffixes, namely
AD596AH/597 AH and AD596AR/597AR.
The functional principles and pin definitions of the two models are different,
but the functional principles and
pin are the same. Mainly The difference is that the AD596 is equipped with a J-
type thermocouple, and the AD597 is equipped with a K-type thermocouple . The output
is - 10 rv/cC; the working power supply range is +5~
+30V. The AD594/595 functional diagram is shown in Figure 1-21
. AD 596/597 functional diagram is shown in the figure
