IS0102/106 expands some functions on the basis of IS0100, such as gain adjustment (GAIN ADJUST),
drift adjustment (OFFSET ADJUST) and +5v reference power supply. Its functional principle is shown in Figure 10-19.
The main difference between IS0102/106 is the withstand isolation breakdown
voltage, IS0102 is 4000Vrms/lOs, 1500Vrms/
1min, IS0106 is 8000Vrms/lOs, 3500Vrms/
1min; IS0106 is ultra-high isolation, minimum 125dB
(60Hz). Their input voltage range is -IO~
+10V and the bandwidth is 70kHz.
IS0120/121 is a modulated isolation type amplifier, but
it can also operate in a non-modulated state. Input
a clock signal of 5~700kHz with a duty cycle of 10% N90% from the outside
to modulate the input signal. Signal modulation transmission can eliminate
the difference frequency generated during multi-channel signal transmission, and can also suppress interference from AC power and harmonics.
CIH, CIL, C2, H. C2L are the external capacitor terminals of the modulator. When the external input clock signal is 5~700kHz,
their value range is 0.022VF-500pF, but under the 400~700kHz clock, they are not required. Connect the capacitor.
