TC620 temperature sensing ventilation and cooling automatic control circuit

The circuit shown in the figure is a fan constant temperature automatic control circuit made using TC620 temperature control integrated circuit. It includes TC620 temperature-controlled fan motor circuit, music sound generation circuit and audio power amplifier circuit, etc. TC620 contains a PTC thermistor temperature sensor, micro-signal amplifier, logic level comparator and SR flip-flop, etc. The following figure is its functional block diagram.
