In life, I found that many electronic enthusiasts adjust the volume manually when making their own amplifiers. The volume of my amplifier is also manually adjusted by myself, which makes it inconvenient to use. Therefore, in my spare time, I made a sound volume remote control circuit using four-digit password wireless remote control transmitting and receiving components. It is very convenient and practical in use. I would like to introduce it to everyone so that everyone can experience the fun of motorcycle riding. 1. Working principle The circuit is as shown in the attached figure: S is the four-digit wireless remote control transmitter, and Y is the receiving module paired with the transmitter. After each output end of Y is amplified by BG1~BG5, the four-way interlocking data control output signal is converted into a non-latching form, and the forward and reverse control of the motors M1 and M2 is carried out through the relays J1~J4. M1 controls the main volume, and M2 controls the high and low tones. As shown in Figure 1, the circuit of motor M2 is the same and the working principle is the same, so it is not drawn. When the A key of the transmitter S is pressed, the output terminals A and I0 of Y output high level, and BG1 and BG5 are turned on. When J1 is closed, M1 is energized to work. After releasing the hand, the I0 output disappears, and when J1 is powered off, the motor M1 is released and stops. Similarly, when the B, C, and D keys are pressed, M1 and M2 are controlled to reverse, forward, and reverse respectively. The focus of the circuit is on the connection of the relay. The working process is shown in Figure 2: relay contacts ① and ③ are normally closed, ② and ⑥ are normally open, ⑤ and ⑥ are connected, and ③ and ④ are coils. Combine J1, J2 or J3, J4 to form the positive and negative circuit of the motor. The ① terminals of J1 and J2 are connected to the ground, and the ② terminals are connected to the power supply. When the A key is pressed, J1 is closed, terminals ① and ⑤ are disconnected, terminals ② and ⑥ are connected, the power supply passes through terminals ② and ⑥ and terminals ⑥, ⑤ and ① of the motor M1 to J2 are grounded. The motor rotates forward and the amplifier volume Increase. Similarly, when the B key is pressed, J2 is engaged, and terminals ② and ⑥ are engaged. The power supply passes through terminals ② and ⑥ of J2 and M1 to terminals ⑥, ⑤ and ① and is grounded. The motor reverses and the amplifier volume decreases. The working principles of M2, J3 and J4 are the same. 2. Selection and production of components A1 and A2 use Dahua's TMH9838 6V four-bit radio coding remote control components. V1~V5 use 9013 or other silicon NPN transistors, D1~D4 use 1W4148 switching diodes, J1~J4 use 6V JRC-21F small electromagnetic relays, the motor potentiometer can be dual-connected, and the resistance value is based on your own The power potentiometer comes choose. I chose disassembled products from Japan, and the price is only that of new products, which greatly reduces the production cost. If the power of the original machine is sufficient, the original power supply can be used. The power consumption of this circuit is very small and has no impact on the power amplifier. Since installing this circuit, I no longer have to leave my seat to tune frequently. I can sit back and enjoy the beautiful melody, which is really comfortable.
