As a last resort, I changed the oxygenation power supply part of the fish tank to timing control to realize automatic oxygenation. 1. Working principle The circuit is shown in the attached figure. CMOS integrated circuit CD4060 is a 14-bit binary serial counter. It has its own oscillator and has 14 counting stages. However, it only has 10 terminals Q4~Q10 and Q12~Q14. This part only uses Q12~Q14. Lead terminal. Turn on the power, and add 9V power to the counter clearing terminal (12) via C2. At this time, the counter is cleared and starts counting. Set the clock frequency to 1Hz. The status of counter switches K1, K2, K3 and K4 is as shown in item a in the attached table. When K2 is closed and Q13 is high level, the thyristor VT1 is triggered to conduct and the relay is closed; when K4 is closed and Q12 is high level, BG1 is cut off and the relay is released; when the next counting pulse reaches Q12, Q12 and Q13 return to the initial state "0". This process cycle makes the ratio of the relay's opening and closing time to 3:1. The timing time of other states is as shown in the attached table. In this way, with the switching of the socket, a variety of different timing and interval ratios can be obtained. With the adjustment of the RV, various requirements for fish tank oxygenation can be met. Installation and debugging After the installation and welding are correct, if the circuit is not To start the vibration, just adjust the RV. Adjust RV to a smaller value, write down the relay pull-in working time, mark it on the corresponding position of RV, and then repeat the above operation process several times, so that the debugging process is completed. In future use, you only need to compare the marked time with the timing for reference, and you can choose the timing time you need. 3. Component selection: Use a small 9V relay JRC-22F9V for the relay, etc., and use a small power transformer with a secondary output of 9V for the transformer. The ingenuity of this timer is that it realizes intermittent control and its circuit is simple. If the oscillation frequency is accelerated and the low terminal is used, the fan can also be used to simulate natural wind, which is very flexible.
