The LTC®5551 is a 2.5V to 3.6V mixer optimized for RF downconversion mixer applications requiring very high dynamic range. The LTC5551 covers the 300MHz to 3.5GHz RF frequency range and the 200MHz to 3.5GHz LO frequency range. The LTC5551 features very high IIP3 and P1dB and low power consumption. A typical application for this device is in base station receivers covering the frequency range of 700MHz to 2.7GHz. The RF input is capable of matching a wide range of frequencies, and the IF can be used up to 1GHz.
