The PS501 utilizes high-precision A/D converters for accurate measurements of current, voltage and temperature. The A/D is calibrated to eliminate gain errors and offset errors. In addition to downloading firmware on-site during the production process of the battery pack management PCBA based on the PS501 chip, the A/D conversion circuit and silicon clock oscillator must be calibrated. The calibration content includes: battery pack voltage sampling, battery cell voltage of each string sampling, external and internal temperature sampling, current sampling, and silicon clock oscillator. Therefore, whether it is component accuracy, cumulative errors caused by PCB design, etc., they can be corrected to the greatest extent through calibration, thereby ensuring that each PCBA's sampling of physical quantities is accurate. The total time spent in this process is only 15 seconds, and it is fully The process is all automated and does not require manual intervention.
