Circuit diagram combining rs232 and rs485

The LTE1334 chip combines RS232 and RS485 with a charge pump . This device has a doubler and reverse charge pump, allowing RS232 and RS485 to operate on a single 5V power supply. The application can be set to 4 RS232 drivers /receivers, plus 2 RS485 drivers/receivers, or one RS485 driver/receiver and two RS485 driver /receivers. The RS232 operating speed is 250kbaud and the RS485 operating speed is 10Mbaud. , ESD protection up to 10kV. Supply current <8mA, 10uA turns off the supply current. All capacitors in the picture are 0.1uF. The transmission line is 4000 feet of 24-core twisted pair.
