IC 3 continuously outputs an ultra-low frequency square wave with a frequency of f=1/T=1.44/(W+Ra+2Rb )·C, you can see that the indicator light connected between IC 3 and ground is flashing, which is very eye-catching. Adjusting Ra·Rb to the size of C1 can change the frequency of flash.
