WE800 FM/FSK 1～0.1 GHz Transmitter

WE800 is a fully integrated single-chip FM/FSK transmitter chip, operating frequency 0.1 ~ 1 GHz, including ISM band (902 ~ 928 MHz). It is suitable for analog / digital 900 MHz cordless phones, wireless remote control, alarm and security systems and wireless industrial detection and other fields.

 The main technical features are as follows: 

・FM/FSK modulation; 

・The power supply voltage is 2.7 to 3.3 V; 

・RF output power is 1.5 dBm; 

・The operating current is 27 mA and the standby current is 5uA; 

・On-chip VC0; 

・Parameters such as frequency and power can be programmed via a standard 3-wire serial bus.
