The infrared light remote control switch uses a pyroelectric infrared sensor as a human body proximity sensing device, so that the light controller can realize the function of "lights on when people come and lights off when people leave". It is especially suitable for hotels, offices, residential corridors and home use. .
The circuit of the infrared light remote control switch is as shown in the figure. It is mainly composed of pyroelectric infrared sensor, infrared processing integrated circuit S-01, control circuit and power supply. The integrated circuit IC 1 includes an amplifier, a comparator, a state controller, a delay, etc. inside. R2, RP3 and R3 connected outside IC1 are adjustment devices designed to automatically turn off the lights during the day. R3 is a photoresistor, and its resistance changes with light. During the day, its resistance is between a few hundred ohms and several thousand ohms, and at night it will increase to more than 1MΩ. By adjusting the resistance of RP1, pin ② of lC1 can output a high level when night falls and a low level after dawn. R6-R9 in the circuit are set up to determine the gain of the amplifier inside IC1. In addition, R11 and C10 external to IC1 are delay networks, and the delay is 1 minute.
When the pyroelectric infrared sensor detects the infrared signal of the human body, it will output a weak electrical signal to lC. The ⒁ pin is amplified by the two-stage amplifier inside IC1, and then compared with the set reference voltage by the voltage comparator, and then outputs a high level. After delay processing, it is output by the ② pin of IC 1 to drive VT1 to make the relay K works, its contact K1 is connected to the power of the lamp, and the lamp is lit. When people leave, the lights will turn off automatically after 1 minute. This circuit also has the function of continuous triggering. When the lamp is on and lit, if a second trigger occurs, the delay will restart to keep the lamp on. If someone stays at the scene and does not leave, the light will continue to light up without going out.
