Circuit working principle: The automotive electronic fuel saver circuit is composed of diodes VDl-VD6, resistors Rl-R8, capacitors Cl, C2, transistors Vl-V3 and solenoid valve YV, as shown in the figure.
Component selection:
Rl-R8 uses 1/4W metal film resistor or carbon film resistor.
Both Cl and C2 use aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 16V.
VDI-VD6 all use 1N4007 silicon rectifier diodes.
Vl and V3 both use S8050 silicon NPN transistors; V2 uses DDO3 silicon NPN transistors.
YV uses l2V DC solenoid valve.
When the car is running normally (in forward gear or reverse gear), both ends A and B are at low level, VDl-VD3 and Vl are all cut off, V2 is turned on, and the solenoid valve YV is energized to start, providing the fuel required for normal idling. Or gas (for electronic injection engines), the car can run normally.
When the car is parked in neutral or parking gear, terminal A or B becomes high level, and Cl is charged to a certain value through VDl or VD2, Vl is turned on, causing V2 to cut off, YV is released, and the car's idling speed is reduced to Fuel saving purpose.
When the car is in forward gear or reverse gear again, Cl is quickly discharged through VD3 and Rl, causing Vl to cut off, V2 to turn on, YV to start, and the engine to return to normal idle speed.
When the car just starts, the high level from the ignition switch is applied to the proof pole of VD6, and C2 is quickly charged through VD6, causing V3 to be turned on, Vl to be cut off, and V2 to be turned on, so that the fuel-saving control circuit is closed when the car is just started. After the engine is started, V3 remains conductive for a period of time due to the action of C2, and the engine can enter a stable working state after starting.
When the air conditioner is turned on, V3 is immediately turned on, causing Vl to be cut off, V2 to be turned on, and YV to work. The fuel-saving control circuit is also turned off to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner (including the air conditioner speed booster).
