The amplifier cores introduced in this article all use power amplifier modules with field effect tubes as output, equipped with large-capacity rectifier filter curing
components and 1 2-slot radiators. Its appearance is shown in Figure 3-25, and the overall structure is extremely simple with 6 buttons. Its power size. There are three types of amplifier
cores: 80W, 190W mono and 2×80W dual-channel. The specifications of the three components required for different power combinations
are shown in Table 3-5. The following introduces the internal structure.
(1) High-power field effect power amplifier module.
Figure 3-26 shows the appearance, pins and internal circuit principles of the mono power amplifier module. There are three packaging structures of 80w, 190W and
2×80W according to the output power. They all use a typical differential input fully symmetrical complementary OCL-power amplifier circuit, and the final power amplifier uses
a pair of high-power and high-speed field effect transistors. This module circuit has high input impedance, good mid-point zero potential stability, offset
voltage less than 30mV, gain 30dB, and its frequency band has good flatness characteristics within 10Hz ~ 50kHz.
