Abstract: The average revenue of IC design companies in mainland China will reach US$7.8 million in 2006, a 44.4% increase over 2005.

　　According to the survey results of the annual operation of integrated circuit (IC) design companies conducted by Global Sources, the average income of IC design companies in mainland China will reach 7.8 million US dollars in 2006, an increase of 44.4% over 2005. Compared with the same period last year, the average income of IC design companies in Taiwan will reach 11.1 million US dollars in 2006, an increase of 20.7% over 2005; and it is predicted that the average income of IC design companies in South Korea will reach 8.1 million US dollars in 2006, an increase of 55.8% over last year.
