The T5744 is a single-chip PLL receiver device. It is developed to meet the requirements of low data rate, low-cost RF data communication systems. The T5744 is mainly used in the fields of radio telemetry, security technology and keyless input systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Except for the antenna adaptation circuit, only a few peripheral circuits are required, and there are no other RF components on the PCB;
・The encoding method is Manchester or bi-phase;
・Fully integrated VC0;
・The power supply voltage is 4.5 to 5.5 V;
・Data transmission rate is 1~10 Kb/s;
・Operating frequency is 300~450 MHz;
・Single-ended RF input, easy to adapt to λ/4 antenna or printed antenna on PCB board;
・ASK modulation/demodulation method;
・Indicates signal strength via RSSl;
・There are working and sleeping mode options;
・Compliant with the US military standard MIL-STD883 ESD protection (4KV HBM);
・The SAW front-end filter is used in the IF amplifier structure, which has very high image rejection characteristics;
・Power management can be achieved using a microcontroller μC.
