Ruimeng MS2510 is out of production. MS9280 can be used as a functional replacement, not a replacement for the same, and the board needs to be changed .
Product Description
MS9280 is a single-chip, single-power supply, 10-bit, 35MSPS analog-to-digital converter with an internal sampling and holding amplifier and power supply reference source. MS9280 uses a multi-stage differential pipeline architecture to ensure that there is no missing code in the full temperature range at a data conversion rate of 35MSPS.
The input of MS9280 is suitable for image video and communication system applications. Users can choose single-ended input or differential input according to actual needs, and can also choose input range and eliminate offset.
The internal integrated sampling and holding amplifier of MS9280 is suitable for both multiplexing systems and continuous channels with full-wave voltage range of switches. The input frequency of the sampling single channel can exceed the Nyquist frequency. With the help of the internal clamping circuit, the AC-coupled input can be shifted to a certain fixed level, and the dynamic performance is very good.
MS9280 has an internal integrated programmable reference source. According to system needs, an external high-precision reference can be selected to meet the system accuracy requirements. A single clock input controls the internal conversion cycle; the digital output is binary data information. The out-of-range detection bit information indicates that the input signal exceeds the minimum and maximum quantization range.
The MS9280 can operate in a single power supply range of 2.7V 5.5V, suitable for high-speed, low-power applications. The MS9280 is suitable for the industrial temperature range, -40°C to +125°C.

Working Principle
The MS9280 uses a multi-stage pipeline architecture to achieve low-power and high-speed data conversion. The entire conversion accuracy is divided into low-precision single-order sub-converters. Under timing control, the results of each order conversion are passed through the internal digital calibration circuit to achieve high-precision data conversion.
Working Mode
The MS9280 is suitable for image video, communication and instrumentation applications in many fields, including compatibility with the AD876-8 series. According to the specific system needs, the appropriate working mode can be selected for performance optimization. To achieve system flexibility, the internal programmable switch realizes different working modes. The three internal modules: voltage reference, voltage buffer, and analog input can realize different selections in different switch modes. The specific implementation form and working mode are shown in Table 1 and the mode description legend.

Sleep Mode
The MS9280 enters sleep mode by setting the STBY pin to logic high and keeping the clock at low level. In this mode, the typical power consumption is about 4mW. The chip enters normal mode about 400ns after STBY becomes low level.
