Most of the domestically produced cortexm can replace some of the stm32 m0 m4. GigaDevice seems to have m7. It is no problem to replace it.
But your third requirement is difficult.
The fourth requirement is that some manufacturers advertise this way. You have to try it out.
If you want to use domestic products, it is better to have some basic skills . Otherwise, you will have to handle the troubles yourself later.
