Small linear constant current chip [Copy link]

Is there a replacement for hi124x with a higher current? It is just a constant current chip for handlebar indication. Three 2835 lamp beads are connected in series. Each lamp bead is rated for 1W. It is not a power LED. This current is too small. I need 500mA, but there cannot be too many components! The board is very small, only the size of a little finger. No external MOS, no inductor. It is just a constant current chip, not a DCDC chip! ! ! Can you recommend a suitable chip? Thank you

Is there a linear constant current chip smaller than SOT23-6? Because the space is very limited, the light is only used for indication. The current needs to be 500mA, 3 2835LEDs are connected in series, and no inductor is used.
