In the latest proteus v8.17, it provides support for micropython.

Proteus VSM for MicroPython is the world's first system-level simulation tool that provides embedded designs centered around processors running MicroPython code. Users will design hardware directly on the schematic, choose from thousands of embedded peripherals, and place and connect them to the microcontroller. Then write MicroPython code and simulate the execution of the program on the microcontroller, as well as all analog and digital peripherals connected to it.

You can interact with the running simulation using on-screen indicators such as RS232 terminals and LCD displays, as well as actuators such as sensors, switches, and buttons. Even better, the simulation can be paused, and a full set of professional debugging tools can then be used, including breakpoints, single-step execution, and variable display of MicroPython code.

If the learning version is out, please @ me. The 537 RMB is OK, but I'd rather not buy it for 537 dollars.
