HDMI Specification HDMI 2.1b is the latest version of the HDMI specification, supporting a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K60 and 4K120 and up to 10K resolution. It also supports dynamic HDR formats, and the bandwidth capacity is increased to 48Gbps HDMI. Only one upgraded cable is needed to seamlessly integrate with the HDMI ecosystem. This seminar will introduce the HDMI 2.1b design simulation updates, specification updates, and test solution updates one by one.

Johnson Lee Yeng Seng | Currently a senior R&D engineer at Keysight Technologies, Malaysia

He joined Keysight Technologies in 2022 and is the Keysight representative in the HDMI Forum. He was a senior lecturer at University of Malaysia, Perlis (UniMAP) from 2016 to 2022, with 6 years of research and teaching experience. He is a senior member of IEEE, Ceng (IET) pe eng (BEM), P.Tech (MBOT), MIET and MIEM.

Jiang Xiuguo | Keysight Great China PSS SE&CSM Manager

Participated in the research and development of large servers, switches, high-speed backplanes and cloud storage products, consumer electronics, etc. Specializes in the simulation, design and testing of signal integrity and power integrity of high-speed digital circuits. Research areas include PCB material parameter extraction, connector/cable/device precision measurement, etc. Founded the "Signal Integrity" public account in 2014. Share design, simulation and testing content related to SI, PI, RF and EMC every week; published books: "ADS Signal Integrity Simulation and Practice", etc.
