APT32F1023H8S6 (SSOP-24 package) MCU is a 32-bit high-performance, low-cost microcontroller developed by APT Microelectronics based on the RISC-V core of Pingtouge Semiconductor. Recently, a project needs to use its ultra-low power standby and RTC interrupt wake-up functions (actual power consumption is 3.5uA, and power consumption with LDO is 5.6uA). Ultra-low power standby and RTC interrupt wake-up functions are very important for low-power applications and long-term standby devices.
