The AT32F421 series MCU has built-in high-speed embedded memory, which can support up to 64KB flash memory (Flash) and 16KB random access memory (SRAM), and has a built-in digital signal processor (DSP). The AT32F421 series provides 18 product models, including LQFP48, LQFP32, QFN32, QFN28 and mini TSSOP20 package types.

The AT32F421 series integrates up to 2 USARTs, 2 SPIs (IS can be multiplexed), 2 ICs, 1 16-bit advanced timer, 5 16-bit general timers, and 5-channel DMA controllers. It also expands 2 high-speed rail-to-rail input/output analog voltage comparators and a 12-bit 15-channel high-speed ADC with a sampling rate of up to 2M SPS. Almost all I/O ports can tolerate 5V input signals, and all I/O ports are fast I/Os, with a variety of optional functions and support port remapping.

You must have read the wrong model number. Taobao doesn't have any 421 series products on it now. And the 421 is mainly ST's M0 series. The batch price of TOOSP 20pin package is only more than 1.3. Other packages are probably a little more expensive. It's impossible to be 11.
