The last time I went to the gym was more than a year ago. I went to the gym yesterday and my body hurts today, but after the pain, I will start to gain weight. I plan to go two to four times a week and plan to gain 20 pounds this year. I will record every time I go to the gym in this post~

You are losing weight and gaining weight at the same time, and it is also important to avoid certain foods when losing weight. When gaining weight, you can eat whatever you want~ This is different, but everything else is equally painful.
