At cruising altitude, the cabin pressure of today's aircraft corresponds to about 2,000 meters. Of course, this also depends on the pilot's parameter settings. It may be that the software of the GPS in the finished product you are using limits the unlikely values. If you use the module to build the system yourself, it should not be the case. If there is a limitation, it will be mentioned in the module manual.
