I would like to ask if there is any interference noise when measuring the ground line with an oscilloscope [Copy link]

I would like to ask, when measuring the ground wire with an oscilloscope, is there any interference noise? Is it correct to connect the oscilloscope clip to the ground wire and let the oscilloscope measure the ground wire directly?

So where do you connect the reference ground? Do you use the three-phase ground as a reference? Wouldn't that introduce noise from the three-phase power?  Details Published on 2022-11-1 12:17
