Homemade Experimental Board [Copy link]

I sell chips and components myself. Is it difficult to solder an experimental board on a perfboard from simple to complex step by step?

It depends on what you want to do, the ordinary 51 single-chip microcomputer system is completely fine.   Details Published on 2022-9-20 15:58

Is it difficult to sell ( buy ) chips and components by yourself, and solder an experimental board on a perfboard step by step from simple to complex?

It's not difficult, here are some suggestions:

1. Choose components with pins for insertion, but it seems that some MCU packages in the catalog rarely have pins for insertion. If that doesn't work, you have to buy an adapter board.

2. Welders must be skilled.

3. The schematic diagram should be drawn well. It is best to verify it with a universal board after simulation, and then implement it with a perforated board.

If you really succeed, the benefits will be much greater than buying a ready-made development board. I wish you success soon!

You can definitely DIY it yourself. The minimum system plus appropriate peripheral circuits will also be of great help to your learning.

After fixing the device to the perforated board, it is very convenient to connect it with flying wires.

Without the corresponding process quality assurance, it is difficult to produce precise electronic instruments even with the best design drawings.

It’s not difficult, but it takes a long time.

Practice more, it won't be difficult once you get the hang of it. If you want to learn, the most effective way is to practice more, no matter how difficult it is.
