Anlu SparkRoad domestic FPGA evaluation [Problem feedback] ASUS win10 installation Anlu Jtag driver problem [Copy link]

 This post was last edited by 1nnocent on 2022-7-29 10:44

Although there was a problem when installing the Anlu Jtag driver at home, the problem was solved by checking TD_User_Guide_V4.6. When the board was brought to the company and the driver was installed on the company computer, there was a problem. The solution in the following software manual did not work:

Win10_64bit system solution:
1. Restart the computer and keep pressing F2 to enter the BIOS;
2. Use the arrow keys to select the Security tab, and you can find Secure Boot below;
3. Select the "Secure Boot" item, press the Enter key, select "Disabled" and press the Enter key to confirm, press
"F10", click Y to save and restart the computer.

The computer at home is Lenovo, and the problem can be solved by following the software manual. The company uses an ASUS win10 motherboard, and the problem is that Secure Boot does not have "Disabled" but only "customer" and "standard" options, and the driver cannot be installed with either option. I searched online and found that for security reasons, win10 security boot comes with enable, and there is no disable option. ASUS win10 needs to open other options, and the specific steps are as follows:

After setting, save, reboot, check the device manager, if there is no exclamation mark, it can be burned normally.

I have found that ASUS motherboards will do this. I learned how to give up during the driver installation process. The software manual does not mention this situation, so I posted it here first. I have been using TD_User_Guide_V4.6 before, and later I checked the 5.5 version, which also did not mention this situation. The problems I have encountered so far are basically the problem feedback posts posted by the previous reviewers. The function of this post is the same as mentioned above.

Is there still a problem with the ASUS motherboard? I use an ASUS laptop and it seems I can choose to disable it.  Details Published on 2022-7-30 16:49

I don't have a disable option, only customer and standard. I also need to set other options (select clear security boot keys in the post). The one I found online is the same, but after selecting clear security boot keys, the disable option appears.  Details Published on 2022-7-31 10:11

My motherboard does not have a disable option, only customer and standard options, and needs to set other options (select clear security boot keys in the post). The one I found online is the same, but the disable option appears after selecting clear security boot keys on the online one, but my motherboard still has customer and standard options after selecting. The final effect is the same (the driver can be used).
