This industrial control board of Chuanglong is of high quality, and is designed and manufactured with great care. It has good stability and anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics. It has a wide range of interfaces, including HDMI , LCD , USB , RS232 , RS485 , Micro SD , CAMERA , Ethernet , CANFD , PCle and other interfaces.

After a few days of reading, I have indeed learned a lot of skills from these documents. The development documents written by the company are also very detailed, making it easy for users to get started. The user manual is relatively important. I am still in the stage of exploratory learning and will continue to update my experience later.
I have also done some research and exploration on hardware, and specifically checked the PCB files and schematic files provided by this industrial control board. The official provided a design plan for the baseboard.
The baseboard circuit uses a four-layer circuit board design, and uses a large number of equal-length traces, including some interfaces that can be of unequal length, such as the Jlink interface and the LCD screen interface, which also use equal-length traces, indicating its delicate design. From its copper plating method to the design of isolated circuits, it is worth learning for many embedded hardware engineers, including me, of course. I have indeed learned a lot. The design of this product gives a feeling of extreme exquisiteness.
I learned some things while carefully reviewing the schematic design. The preferred power supply anti-reverse connection circuit design uses this MOS tube method. After measurement, the voltage drop of this method is small.
I found a very interesting design. The industrial control board has two current monitoring circuits and uses an IIC interface.
The Txs0102 level conversion chip and the PRTR5V0U2X electrostatic discharge ( ESD ) protection device are very well designed and detailed. In my personal circuit design, I have never used these two components, but it can work normally without them. The use of these two chips greatly increases the stability and anti-interference performance.
- Environmental Installation
The first thing I installed was the debugging tool. Following the guidance document and the resources provided in the CD, I successfully completed the installation of the tool. Then I installed the Linux development environment, virtual machine, Ubuntu , and cross-compiler. It was very easy to get started by following the document step by step.
