The half-bridge chip 2104 drives a single NMOS on the high side. Is it theoretically possible? [Copy link]

I recently used NMOS and needed a high-side gate drive. I want to use 2104 to drive a single NMOS. Is it theoretically possible?

This depends on your switching frequency. To drive the high-side NMOS, your switching frequency needs to be high enough. If your NMOS is controlling a load with a very slow action, you cannot use the bootstrap method to drive the high-side NMOS tube.
