Acoustic Engineer (15-24k*13+year-end bonus, six insurances and one fund, 1 year+ experience in large factories or well-known products in the industry)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the acoustic design of the headphone system, selection of acoustic components, and sample production according to product requirements
2. Provide professional and reasonable suggestions for hardware, software, and structural design
3. Use corresponding platform tools to debug TWS sound effects, ANC, and products containing other AP/DSP functions
4. Complete the solution of acoustic problems from concept to mass production; formulate test plans for laboratories and production lines, and release production line test specifications
5. Formulate and confirm device specifications, DFMEA, feasibility reports, and acoustic test reports for each stage
6. Communicate acoustic technology with relevant personnel inside and outside the company during the project to ensure efficiency.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in electroacoustics, physics, electronics (electroacoustics preferred)
2. More than 2 years of experience in headphone acoustic system design, in-depth understanding of speakers/microphone units, and certain manual production capabilities
3. Familiar with commonly used Bluetooth platforms (Qualcomm/Airoha/BES, etc.), ANC and other DSP processing chips and their debugging tools, and master the impact of structural design on acoustics
4. Familiar with B&K, SOUNDCHECK, AP and other acoustic tests, and have a deep understanding of their test principles and headphone test requirements
5. Familiar with acoustic simulation tools, and can use at least one to create and simulate acoustic models.
