The four-wire system is clear, but the problem is whether there is a national standard for the driving current. Now I give 1A excitation, and the DUT has no problem, but the internal reference resistor heats up, which is the problem. I want to change the current, but I heard that it must be 1A, but I can't come up with an explanation.
