Generally, when conducting this kind of test, the standard will select one of the charging and discharging processes when conducting the conducted emission test of the battery pack, and select the normal operating current for testing.   Details Published on 2021-7-26 15:31

For example, if you want to test a Bluetooth 2.4G product, what is the EMC standard? For EMI, the effective signal of the product itself is a 2.4G high-frequency signal. Does it comply with the regulations if it cannot exceed 2.4G? Do products that are not connected to the mains and are only powered by 3.7V lithium batteries also need to undergo conduction testing?

The specific test standards should be studied in advance.

The EMC testing standards used in China are: GB4343.1&2, GB17625.1 & 2. These standards describe the test site, equipment and methods.

Generally, you need to prepare some information

For example, the Bluetooth user manual, technical requirements, technical data, schematics, circuit diagrams, block diagrams.
There are also key components, modules, or raw material lists .

This depends on the interference of battery charging and discharging on the system. Although the charging and discharging current of the original poster's product is small, whether the test should be carried out according to the standard is not your own will or illusion.  Details Published on 2021-7-26 15:30
