Analysis of the phenomenon of the teaching module [Copy link]

Please help me, why does this power module show that D1 D2 D3 D4 is severely burned, while D6 is short-circuited and D3 is normal?

They will break down in turns or all of them will break down. You need to find out the cause of the damage.   Details Published on 2020-11-19 20:11

In a three-phase rectifier bridge, each diode is not turned on and off at the same time. At the moment of short circuit, the current in each diode is different. The heat dissipation conditions of each diode packaged in a module are also different. It is a common phenomenon that some diodes are damaged after a short circuit, while some are not damaged.
