Generally, the temperature coefficient of a voltage regulator with a voltage value less than about 5V is negative, and the temperature coefficient of a voltage regulator with a voltage value greater than about 6V is positive. However, whether positive or negative, it is only a few ten-thousandths per degree Celsius, and rarely more than one thousandth per degree Celsius. So the figure on the left is likely to be a software error.

It's a problem with the simulation software. The diode manual usually has a temperature curve, which should be used as the standard

Thank you for your reply! The parameter table of the voltage regulator in the simulation software also lists the influence coefficient of temperature on Is. If such an error occurs in the circuit, it is very wrong.
