SensorTile.box Trial (4) A Preliminary Study on the Programming Mode [Copy link]

This post was last edited by symic on 2020-6-4 22:55

I've been working overtime a lot lately and almost forgot to try out the SensorTile.box. Suddenly someone added me on WeChat and reminded me to continue. Well, being busy is not an excuse, laziness is...

It's time to try out the programming mode. After studying the manual and the experience on the forum, I started to learn in programming mode.

The first step is to find the device through the mobile phone APP, select the debug console in the upper right corner, enter DFU, and put the device into DFU mode, also called developer mode

The second step is to open the shell and unplug the battery cable. Note that you must unplug the battery cable here, otherwise it will not work. I have stepped on this pit before.

The third step is to press and hold the BOOT key, which is the key on the right of the two keys side by side, and then connect the data cable to the computer. You can hear the sound of the USB device connected. Soon you will find the device in the computer device management. Note that there is also a pitfall here, that is, you must use a data cable. Some are charging cables, and there is no response after connecting for a long time.

Step 4. Open STM32CubeProgrammer and select USB, CONNECT on the right to connect successfully.

Step 5, first delete the entire chip, then select the BIN file to burn. Here I choose the BLEMLC.bin that already exists in the SDK, import it and burn it, and wait for it to end. Click disconnect.

At this point, the mobile APP can find the device again, and the name has changed to MLC_130.

After clicking to enter, the Accelerometer record will appear. Open the "Motion Recognition" menu (the second menu) in the upper left corner, and you can identify the motion status through the graphical interface.

Today, I will treat it as a recovery test. Basically, I will operate step by step according to the manual, and I will have a certain understanding of program downloading and running in programming mode. In the future, I will combine code writing and further evaluation.
