The problem is described as follows:
1. Hardware platform: Qualcomm APQ8053

2. Equipment description:
1. Metal case + motherboard + TP assembly
2. Antenna: FPC + cable, ipex connector connected to the motherboard, PFC attached to the plastic case window under the case

II. Plan
1. Certification involved: CE, FCC, SRRC
2. The certification behavior package is led by a third-party certification agency
3. If a failure occurs during the process, our company will rectify it
4. Do CE and FCC first, and after passing the test, the third-party certification agency will send it to SRRC for testing

III. Certification Description:
1. CE and FCC involve 3 parts: safety, EMC, and RF
2. CE requires: safety + EMC + RF
3. FCC requires: EMC, RF

IV. Current situation and problems encountered:
1. Safety regulations, test OK, report OK
2. EMC, lightning surge fail
3. RF, because of a fail, it is equivalent to only doing half of the work and can not go on, as follows:
(1) Conduction part, A, 2.4 & 5G, blocking cannot be tested,
B, 5G adaptive fail
(2) Radiation part, A, 5G 2, 3, 4 test fail,
B, BT 3.0 RX fail
